- KOSLARZE-2R gate valve: realizes cost reductions by reducing the number of parts and the number of maintenance points
- High-vacuum “rectangular welded bellows”: ensure large adjust-alignment for errors with small face-to-face dimension, and realize a low spring constant
- Bonded chamber (high-vacuum): realizes significant cost reductions through the adoption of a split plate bonding method
