Overview

Our high-quality rectangular type gate valves can also be used for next-generation LSI and LCD manufacturing equipment.
The recent process lines of highly integrated elements, compound semiconductors, photonic devices, etc., require strict particle-free high levels.
“KOSLARZE II” is a gate valve developed for higher performance by inheriting the design concepts (particle-free) of “KOSLARZE I,” developed as Japan’s first non-friction rectangular type gate valve.
The “KOSLARZE II” has continuously been developed by IKC in pursuit of downsizing and weight reduction and standardized as “Compact KOSLARZE II.”

Features

We offer a valve casing type that mounts the valve casing to a chamber, and a direct mount type that directly mounts the valve plate in the chamber of equipment. For details, contact us.
